  • Seth Irby - Interim Worship Director

Seth moved to Carmel in 2002 after graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, to be part of Cru's Performing Arts ministry. He grew up the son of a PCA pastor and soon after coming to Indiana found CCC. After the first Sunday, he knew he had found a  church home and has been at CCC ever since. Seth continues to serve with Cru and is now the co-leader of their Performing Arts ministry leading worship and doing musical outreach in partnership with ministries all over the world. Over the years he has helped with worship at CCC in different capacities. He has been on the worship team, led worship for youth and adult retreats, coached the youth band, and led worship for the start-up of a few of our church plants in the area. In 2016 Seth was asked to lead worship for the main CCC congregation. Though he continues to be employed with Cru, he is pleased to serve as a member of CCC by giving leadership and direction to the weekly corporate worship of our church and the community of artists and technicians that help make it happen. He and his wife, Laura, (married in 2006) have 3 kids and live at the border of Westfield and Carmel near Cool Creek Park.
