• Scott Beerbower, Deacon

    Scott and Sheryl Beerbower have been married since 1974 and have 3 married daughters who are all local. This gives them plenty of time to love on their 5 grandchildren. One of Scott and Sheryl's big hobbies is visiting national parks where they enjoy one-on-one time with each other, enjoying the beauty of God's creation. They have been members of CCC since 1998. Scott is serving a second term as a Deacon.

  • Jeff Van Utt, Deacon

    Jeff woke up to his faith one Sunday in 2002 while visiting CCC. He has been here ever since. He was asked to join the Deaconate in 2009 and after 1 year of study and preparation became a deacon and continues to serve today. Jeff is and has been a realtor since 1984 here in Carmel and surrounding areas. He lives in Carmel with his dog Zoey. Jeff's priorities are faith, family, friends and his work. Jeff considers himself the most blessed man he has ever known.

  • Tim Parham, Deacon

    Tim and his wife Dawn were married in 1991. They have been blessed with three children, Patrick, Corynn and Erin. Tim and Dawn became members of Christ Community Church in 2012 and Tim joined the deaconate in 2018. The family enjoys spending time together, especially when water skiing and golfing. Tim is a software engineer and is humbled to serve as a deacon at CCC.

  • Glen Olberding, Deacon

    Glen and Rhonda Olberding met and married in Memphis TN in 1990 with Glen being raised on a Kansas wheat farm and Rhonda hailing from the hills of West Virginia. They moved to Noblesville IN in 1995 and have been members of Christ Community since that time. They are currently "empty nesters" having raised two sons at CCC and provided in-home care for Rhonda's grandmother for her final 6 years before being called home. Glen is employed by FM Global as a manager of loss prevention engineers. Rhonda and Glen enjoy many hobbies together including traveling, bicycling, hiking and gardening. Glen is excited to rejoin the deaconate after focusing on his family for the past several years.

  • Josh McCallin, Deacon

    Josh McCallin and his wife Moira both hail from Northern Ireland. They met in Scotland and were married in 1985. They arrived in the US in 2004 and lived in Kokomo, Indiana. Their 2 adult daughters grew up in Indiana and in 2014 Josh and Moira relocated to Westfield. They quickly found their church home in Christ Community Church. Josh & Moira have been members since 2015. For Josh, "It is an honor and privilege to serve in the role of Deacon to the church family who welcomed us so warmly in 2014."

  • Peter Birkel, Deacon

    Peter and his wife, Judy,  have been married since 1981. They have 2 children and 3 grandsons. Despite moving around the country seven times, they have always thought of Indianapolis as home. Peter and Judy have been attending CCC since 2011 when they moved to Noblesville. Peter retired in 2015 after 40 years as a software/electronics engineer. He now enjoys his free time gardening, traveling, hiking and building things with and without his grandsons. He is excited to use his talents to serve the Lord as a deacon at CCC.

  • Matt Haskett, Deacon

    Matt and his wife Laura met at Anderson University and were married in 2005. They became members of Christ Community Church in 2015, after moving to Zionsville. Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM  at Edward Jones. After a short career as a Pre-School Teacher, Laura is a stay-at-home mom working to help raise their five children to know and love Christ more deeply. Their children are active in sports, drama, and music at Traders Point Christian Academy. For fun, Matt and his family enjoy spending time outdoors playing tennis, basket ball, swimming, vacationing in Door County, Wisconsin and Disney World. 

  • Art Kirschmann, Deacon

    I have been a CCC member since 1996, a deacon since 2009, plus Treasurer since 2014. I was born and raised in metropolitan New York City, have  BS/MS degrees in Physics/Aerospace Engineering and have lived in five venues during my career while finally retiring in Carmel. I came to Christ in 1972 and have been a member of a reformed theology church since 1978. I have been truly blessed with skills that enable me to joyfully serve the needs of the church.
