Dave was raised in the Philadelphia area and moved to Florida to study music and Bible at the fondly-remembered Clearwater Christian College. After grad school at the University of South Florida for music, he moved to China to teach music and do mission work. Dave and his wife Jess met at church in Colorado, where they were married and started their family. Along with their kids, Judah and Paisley, they moved to the Indy area in 2017. Dave is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity full time with Reformed Theological Seminary. A native to southern Indiana, Brad graduated from Ball State University in 2014 with a degree in Social Work, and in 2017 Brad and Jami (the wonderful woman who had just agreed to marry him) moved to St. Louis to attend Covenant Theological Seminary with a desire to pursue full-time youth ministry upon graduating. In 2019, Brad shifted from full-time studenthood to part-time and moved with his new wife to Brookston, IN to work at Camp Tecumseh, a Christian YMCA camp. In late 2020, however, the two of them both sensed God's call for Brad to look for full-time youth ministry positions and trusted Him to guide them to where He wanted them, which turned out to be Christ Community! Cindy Barrett was raised in Columbus, Indiana. After attending James Madison University in Virginia, she came back home where she met her husband Todd. They have a son in high school and a daughter in college. Cindy has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's in Education. After working in the prosecutor's office and then as a school teacher, she enjoyed raising her children while volunteering in various roles in Women's Ministry at CCC. Cindy loves organizing and helps others through the process. She is also a fan of crossword puzzles and KDramas. Cindy and her family have been members of CCC since 2011. Tracy DeWitt is a native of California. Tracy and her husband Paul have been married since 1987 and have four grown children. Paul and Tracy moved to Fishers in 2000. She has been a book keeper for 25 years in addition to holding several staff positions at CCC. Tracy is currently our Business Manager and volunteers in many areas at CCC. Jessica spent her middle and high school years in Carmel and has attended Christ Community Church since her family first moved here. She attended Ball State University where she studied Elementary Education. As a part of the Cru ministry at Ball State, she became passionate about seeing every tribe, tongue, and nation know Jesus. After graduation, she spent two years interning with Cru in East Asia, sharing the Gospel with college students on different campuses. Her love for working with kids brought her back to the states, and in 2020 she began to serve as Christ Community's Interim Children's Ministry Director. Thomas has been attending Christ Community Church since his freshman year of high school, when his family moved to the Indianapolis area in 2003. At CCC he met his wife-to-be, Nadia, they were married in early 2011 and now have three wonderful children. In late 2016 Thomas stepped into leadership as CCC's Audio and Production Coordinator, helping manage the lighting, sound, and visual aspects of the church's ministries. He works as a Software Developer, and would describe himself generally as a "tech-head," enjoying all technology, from working with camera and sound equipment, to building and flying drones, to 3-D printing and woodworking.

Kristin was born in the Midwest and moved with her family to Tennessee when she was in middle school. While teaching elementary school, she met her husband, Scott, a staff member with Cru's High School Ministry. They married in 1990 and Kristin joined Scott on staff with the middle and high school ministry of Cru. A highlight of the early years of their marriage was partnering together in evangelism and discipleship ministry with students at her alma mater, Hixson High School. In 1997 they moved with Cru to Orlando, Florida. In 2006 they returned to the Midwest with Cru, settling in Carmel and joining Christ Community Church. Kristin's passion for investing in the spiritual formation of others ~ her own 4 children, the women and children of CCC, and the students and staff at the local elementary school were she currently works as an Instructional Assistant ~ was birthed back in high school when her Cru discipler challenged her to be a multiplying disciple through Paul's instruction to Timothy: "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others." 2 Timothy 2:2. In her free time, Kristin enjoys time with her family, playing board games an all things Cubs.
