Speaker: Lori Deringer

Fear and loss. Addiction, anguish, oppression. Loneliness. Broken families, ruined relationships, alienation. Illness. Death.

The trouble comes in waves. And how do I deal with it when I look deeper and discover that Jesus himself has me here, that this was all his idea, his plan?  The hope of heaven feels like a fantasy and I struggle to remember and believe it. What good is the Gospel in the middle of this mess?

We'll look at a day in the life of Jesus and his disciples as Jesus pulls back the curtain for them and for us, giving us a glimpse not only of his power but of his eternal, relentless, intentional pursuing love.
